ABOUT THE POP-UP CHOIR

Formed in 2009, in South-East London, the Pop-Up choir specialises in unforgettable arrangements of high-energy crowd pleasers, from pop and indie classics to spine-tingling soul from Prince, En Vogue, Mark Ronson, Fleetwood Mac, Imogen Heap, Laura Mvula and more.

Led by Musical Director and Scottish singer-songwriter Genevieve Dawson, their previous performances include The Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Chorus Festival, Voices now Festival, singing atop the World’s Highest Cinema at the Shard as well as events at Oxo Tower, Peckham Levels, The Ritzy, Peckham Liberal Club, Number 90 bar, Flat Iron Square, The Moth Club and numerous collaborations with Shlomo. They have also been present at a pop- up wedding proposal or two, preview nights, festivals and parties and are a choir for hire.

Enjoy a day out tasting wine from our award winning Sussex Weald vineyards

We are delighted to announce the Vineyards of the Sussex Weald launch event will be held on 1st June in Horam, near Heathfield celebrating English Wine Week 2019.

The event offers you the chance to try a range of award winning hand crafted still and sparkling wines from producers in the vicinity of Hellingly, Cross in Hand, Horam, Mayfield and Blackboys together with live music and a pizza van, it’s sure to be an enjoyable afternoon for all the family.

Visitors will have the chance to try 10 different wines of their choice in the Wine Tasting Tent and there will be the opportunity to purchase wines by the glass or bottle to enjoy outside or by the bottle to take away.

Official Winery Launch

We're pleased to announce that we have some spaces available for the official opening of the Hidden Spring Winery.

We have a special guest who will formally open the winery at 4pm and will have canapés, drinks and a series of displays showing the history of Hidden Spring over the last 30+ years.

We will also be releasing our 2017 Bacchus on the day so be the first to try our new vintage - part barrel fermented giving it a touch of magic!

We're now taking bookings for our Summer dinner on Saturday 28th July.

Join us from 7pm as the sun slowly moves across the vineyard and sets right outside the window, illuminating the vines in the soft evening light. You'll be expertly waited on by Chris and David, Hidden Spring's owners, viticulturists and wine-makers.

If you'd like to join us for a pre-dinner stroll through the vines, Chris will be taking guests on a short tour of the vineyard at 6:45, before bringing you back to the Tasting Room for the evening's dining experience.

This is a single-sitting dinner and places are strictly limited. Our previous dinners have all been fully-booked well in advance so please book early if you'd like to join us.
